FIREHOUSE BLOCK PARTY!

Last week our church had a block party at the Firehouse! It was a chance to connect with people in the community and have an awesome time! I was chosen to be the team captain for the yellow team, a role I took very seriously! There were a ton of games, yelling, and laughing! What a great time!

The mummy game!

The object of this game was to wrap one person in 2 complete rolls of toilet paper and then they have to bust out of it and another team member then shoves all of the toilet paper into their goal with hockey sticks!
We won this one!

Sissy did good for like the first few minutes but the more we wrapped her up, the less she liked it and she busted out early. Oh the things we make our kids do for our pure enjoyment!

Holly's quick visit!

Holly made a surprise visit for Aunt Lani's birthday. So they called to see if they could meet me for lunch so I could visit! It was so much fun to catch up with them and to see Holly again!
I just love them to death and am so lucky to have them in my life!

Scenic Bike ride!

Last week we finally had a nicer day so I decided to take the girlies on a bike ride on our bike path. Hailey rides her own and Sissy is in a seat behind me. We rode about 2 mi. and Hailey did a wonderful job.
About a mi. into the woods there is this creek that we always stop at so the girls can play and throw stones in.
We had a wonderful time!

UDF outing!

For those who don't know what UDF is, it's a gas station/restaurant/ convenience store. The reason we go here often is for their delicious Homemade Ice Cream.
When both of the girls have had good days at school we will go here for a treat!
This time Sissy wanted Doritos though which is why her mouth is orange!
Even a gas station can be pure entertainment and fun with these two!
