Pigeon Roost Farms!

THE PUMPKIN PATCH!
One thing diff. from OH pumpkin patches and VA pumpkin patches is here in Ohio you actually go out to the patch and pick it right from the ground. In VA, they line up a bunch in rows and you choose which one you want.... boring. It was neat for the girls to experience "The Ohio Way!"
I also want to Thank Uncle Bob and Aunt Claudia for getting us the tickets and taking us on this wonderful outing! We had so much fun spending time w/ both of you!

Sissy had to find the perfect pumpkin and she was very specific. It had to be a small one....so her and Uncle Bob went on the quest for the perfect pumpkin!

What about this one over here?

Hailey had hers chosen right away! It was a very good looking one!

Pumpkins w/ warts......
Interesting!

The Festivities!

Itty Bitty Hailey!

Hailey enjoying her lunch w/ Uncle Bob!

I would love to have one of these in our backyard! These tubes swung pretty far back and forth and you could either ride on the top while opperating the swinging motion or go along for the ride hidden inside. Sissy thought this was alot of fun!

Aunt Claudia, Me, Hailey and Alyssa enjoying the hayride. Of course Uncle Bob was along for the ride too but someone has to take pictures. This hayride was kind of cool because other than us there were only 3 other people on it.
Mom, this is a little itchy!

I thought this maze was cool because you can't see anything but the path you are on and you just hope that it leads to one of the exits. Hailey was our guide and did an awesome job of getting us out.

The girl's really like playing in this wagon of corn. Much better then a sandbox I think!

The Enchanted Forest!

Aunt Claudia and Sissy
What a good picture of them!
I wanted to experience this very bumpy, very fast slide Hailey was telling me about!

It's ok Sissy.... It's not to fast!

This was a very cool slide and Sissy loved it as you can tell!

Feeding the goats!

Fun Pictures!

The girls being cooked by a witch!
Aunt Claudia and Sissy!

What's in her hands you ask? old dried pumpkin stems that she found on the ground!
It doesn't take much to amuse her!

Cheeeese!

Aren't they just so cute?

Just Hangin' out at the House!

BOO!
Mom invited the girls and I over to her house for a project. Spooky ghosts for our huge tree out front! The girls had so much fun and the ghosts turned out awesome! I love the gauzy material that gives them a more spooky feel!

When I was little, My friends and I use to swing together facing each other on the swings. Then Dad or mom would push us really high and it was sooo much fun!
Well, I thought I would try this out w/ Hailey and Alyssa now that they are getting older and Hailey can support Sissy's weight on her feet. It was a huge success!! They absolutely loved it and I got a huge kick out of them laughing and carrying on.

2ND 5K RUN!

Heather, Dad and I decided to do our 2nd 5K race this year in Hebron, OH. We were determined to beat our times that we had at the first race. The standings were still the same: Heather 1st, Dad 2nd, and Me 3rd but all of our times did improve by about 2 min.
Now, I know that Dad did beat me this time but in my defense I hadn't ran for 2 wks. prior to this.

Adjusting our IPODs!
Music is a necessity when I run!
Go Heather Go!

Dad and I keepin' up a pretty good pace!

YEA! WE DID IT!
Heather came in 2nd in our age group and I came in 3rd!
(Of course there were only 3 of us)
