X-mas at Our house!

Well, I know these are like a month late but better late than never, right? X-mas was an extremely busy day for us but we had a great time visiting with everyone! First, Melissa came over at 8 or so to watch the girls open their presents. Then at about 10 we had brunch at mom and Dad's followed by more presents. Third stop was at Grandma Gladys's where we had a delicious lunc followed by.... you guessed it... more presents. Then we ended the day at Aunt Claudia and Uncle Bob's for dinner and even more presents.
Thank you all so much for all of the wonderful presents and fellowship!

Hailey helping me assemble Sissy's scooter

Hailey got a TAG system for X-mas! It is a pen that talks and helps her with her reading. One other really cool thing about it is I can hook it up to my computer w/ a usb cord and it tells me her progress and I can download different books to it. Technology is so crazy!

I hooked the Kareoke machine up to our 32" so we can see the words full screen. It's a pretty cool setup!

Mom had personalized ornaments made for all of us. They were so Awesome!

Melissa
I was so excited Melissa joined us for X-mas. We had such a good time w/ her!
Her ornament was a car with 2 heads sticking out the window. One said Blake and one said Melissa.
It was so cute!

Heather just became a nurse so this was definitely the best ornament for her!
Congratulations Heather!!!
We are so proud of you!

Homemade beds from Mema and Papa!

Mom and Dad worked very hard on these beds. They designed them, got the materials, assembled them, painted them, and mom sewed blankets and pillows for them. They turned out so beautiful and the girls absolutely love them!
Thank you Me-ma and Papa!

The beautiful bedding!
Mom made one w/ green backing and the other w/ pink so we can tell whos is whos.
Mom you are the best!

Green Faces!

When I was a kid we had one of these and absolutely loved it. Back then they were made with metal rods w/ rounded ends but now they are plastic but just as much fun....

Games with Uncle Seth!

Hailey and Sissy received several awesome games for X-mas! Operation was from Seth and Heather and Cariboo and Trouble were from Mom and Dad! Seth opened all of the boxes for them and put everything together so that they could play. I think he enjoyed it just as much as the girlies!

X-mas Cookie Bake off!

Every year the Hofacker ladies get together for a day of baking. Unfortunately for the years in the past I have been in Virginia and have never had the chance to join them. This year I did and it was so much fun! I just loved talking with them and catching up. Also I love to bake so it was a great combination! One very important person that for some reason I don't have a picture of who does this at her house is Gladys and I didn't want to leave her out!
Thank you for letting me join you!
