MY LITTLE SECRET SANTA!

Something that Hailey's school does, and has done since my brothers and I went there, is called "Secret Santa"!
I gave Hailey $20 to take to school, w/ a list of who she wanted to buy for, and Hailey got to go Christmas shopping for everyone!
I love this idea because it teaches the kids that X-mas is about giving presents more than getting them! Hailey was soooo excited that she didn't want to wait until X-mas but wanted to give her presents out right away.
She put so much thought into each one!
WHAT A BIG HEART SHE HAS!!!

Sissy's gifts!

Sissy ended up getting more presents than anyone else. It just shows how much Hailey just loves her little sister. And you could tell she put alot of thought behind each present.

Sissy was sooo excited to get presents from Hailey!

Hailey was just as excited to give them!
Sissy loved the tinkerbell rings and matching stick on earrings.
Perfect gift for her!

Pancakes With Santa!

This year our church put on an event called "Breakfast with Santa". The girls got to wear their pjs and they served us pancakes and sausage while Santa made his rounds. Hailey of course (being my realist) does not believe in Santa and thought it was so cool that she knows this secret that no other kids knows. It was so funny! She had to know who was behind the suit and when I told her she was even more excited because it was one more secret! Too funny!

Me and Santa! (a.k.a. Mark, a friend of mine from church!)

BLUE LIPS!

A couple of days ago I took the girls to Wal-mart to shop and they were very good so I let them both pick out a piece of candy. Sissy chose a blue ring pop and these were the results.....
(At least it coordinated with her outfit! lol)
LOVE IT!

Peace Out!

OMG I LOVE HER!!
She just makes me laugh!

CHRISTMAS COOKIES!

Hailey's X-mas party is today so we decided to make iced cookies for it. We got an awesome deal on sugar cookies at GFS (Thank you Melissa A.) There were 72 for only $9.99! I made a ton of homemade icing and the fun (and mess. lol) began!!!

Now those are some red hands!

The beautiful cookies!

Sissy just LOVES Doug and says it to him over and over again. It is soooo cute!

WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE!!!

Yesterday Doug got off work early. When I got home from work, he had fixed a delicious dinner, did all of my dishes, and cleaned the house. I was soooo surprised and excited! The best part about dinner was that he served me and the girls first and I actually got to eat my meal HOT!!! (First time ever I think! lol) And if the girls asked for something, he got up and got it!
THANK YOU SO MUCH BABY!

Princess for a day!

For Sissy's birthday this year, I took her to this ADORABLE shop called Girl's Glitter and Grace. She got to be completely pampered from start to finish. This included getting her hair done, makeup, nails, dressing up, and making her own lipgloss. The woman in the pictures is the owner of the shop named Grace! Sissy had the shop to herself since she was the last appointment for the day which made it even more special! There was also a photgrapher there from our local newspaper who was doing a story on Grace and her shop and he asked to take pictures of Sissy which will probably appear today in the Advocate. I thought that was pretty cool!
We had such a blast together and enjoyed every minute of our evening!

Grace put a cool blue extension in her hair too!

What a Beautiful shop!
