Hailey's art show!

At Licking Valley they have an art show where all of the parents get to come and see all of the art our kids made during the year. It was alot of fun to see Hailey's beautiful art and she was soooo excited to show us!

Hailey made this beautiful clay rock. They learned to shape it and put it in a Kiln to harden it. She was very proud! They also put a bell in it so it rattles. Good job Baby!

Hailey's Jr. olympics!

A couple of Saturdays ago Hailey had the Jr. Olympics for her school. She was signed up for the softball throw, 50 & 75 m runs. It was about 40 deg. that day though and was freakin' cold. Hince all of the coats!

This cracked me up! It was freezing on this day and we all sat in the car with the heat on in between Hailey's events. Well, Hailey was getting bored and decided to dribble her soccer ball around in this field and Sissy got her chair to watch. Hailey came back to the car and just left sissy out there and Sissy had no idea she left. Hailey thought this was hilarious !

I can't remember if I blogged this before but Hailey is getting even better at this so these pics were definitely worth adding. Hailey now climbs up to the ceiling in the hallway. Its pretty cool to watch! I like the last pic of Sissy trying to do it. She still hasn't figured it out but its so cute to watch her try!

Hailey's creativity!

Sometimes Hailey just gets these neat art ideas all by herself. This time she cut holes in the bottom of these plastic bags for leg holes and put the handles up over her shoulders. She even made one for Sissy! It was so funny!

The girl's new sandbox!!

Just this past week I come home from work on a nasty rainy day, before the girls were home. I look out my back door and saw my dad in the rain building a sandbox. I opened the door and asked him what the heck he was doing in the rain and he said " I will do anything for my grand daughters!" to which I proceeded with: "mom made you do this didn't she?" LOL. They have talked about building a sandbox for the girls for awhile and about two days later it was beautiful outside so we decided to unveil to them then. They were soooo excited! Mom and Dad even bought them a ton of sand toys including 2 dump trucks!!!

Icing cookies....again! lol

Ok so most of you know that our favorite pastime is icing cookies. Well, on this day there was no special occasion or no where we had to be so we spent the after noon decorating and eating icing and cookies! Yuuuummm!
