Hailey can now read a few books all by herself. They are beginner books with just 6-10 words on a page but she can sound out every single word by herself now! So tonight was the first time she read to her sister. I just had to take pics of this momentous occasion. It was so cute and the first time Sissy actually sat still through an entire book!

Congratulations are in order for both girls! Hailey for learning to read (having heard her do so myself this morning!) and Alyssa for sitting still through the whole reading which she has never done for me!! .....and of course to Mom who is encouraging such skill development and comradory!
That is great Megan! They are growing up so fast! Hailey is so smart! That is wonderful. Love seeing the new pics!
