Strength Training!

After Julianne killed us w/ cardio, we had a set of weight lifting to do. Since the girls did not have their own weights, yet, they used cambell soup! It's amazing what you can improvise with! They absolutely loved having their own weights! LOL.

Hailey did AWESOME!

Leave it to Heather to be leading the way in "Life Preserving Workouts!" How cute to see the kids developing good health habits!It's neat as parents and grandparents to know that all 8 of our "kids" and their kids are health and exercise concience. Got to go....We're on our way to the YMCA for our morning work out! (True!)
